Completed load information is transmitted back to Partners in Trucking for route processing and IFTA report generation. Once a load or loads has been completed, click "Transmit Reports" from the main menu and select the loads to transmit.

Once a load has been transmitted it will take a minimum of 24 hours to a few days for processing to be completed. Partners in Trucking will add route information (depending upon your subscription level) and prepare the load for IFTA reporting. A pending load will show in the right side until it has been completely processed. You may cancel a load prior to process completion if you wish to make changes to the information. To cancel processing a load, select it in the right column and click remove.

To see if a load has completed processing, use the "messages" feature from the main menu.
